3D: Deter – 5 Minute Workout

Never before have I been so crunched for time. Working out becomes a luxury. I need to do something. I have found rewards in 5 minute workouts.

For the busy person, do some research. Find some exercises and budget 5 minutes. Vary it from day to day: body weight lunges one day, push ups the next. Are you tired and sore? Try a 5 minute stretch. Let me know how it goes. Give me suggestions!
