3D: Deter – Slow

Try this for a workout: knee pushups where you lower your chest slowly so that your movement is isometric (5 reps, 2 sets); walking lunges at a snail’s pace for about a minute; open palm shadow box making measured, leisurely movements so as to think through the strikes. Analyze your thoughts and emotions as you do these exercises.

Remember to consult healthcare experts before regimes. This is merely my opinion from my experience.
